Selection Criteria
We meticulously evaluate interpreters based on language proficiency, subject matter knowledge, and interpretation skills to ensure the highest standards of quality. Our pool of linguists includes highly qualified, certified and experienced professionals who are fluent in multiple languages.
Screening & Evaluation
During the on-boarding process, we screen all applicants for qualifications, certifications, and work experience. We also conduct language proficiency tests to guarantee their fluency in the language. The final step is an evaluation by our expert panel of in-house linguists, to ensure they meet our high standards for interpreting services.
Training & Development
Our interpreters undergo continuous professional development programs, keeping them up-to-date with industry best practices and fostering their skills in delivering top-notch interpretations. In addition to training manuals and user guides, our training programme ensures that interpreters have the best user experience when using our SaaS – based remote interpretations platform. The purpose of this programme is to ensure our interpreters are well versed in each functionality to ensure exceptional interpretation experience for our clients.
