The recordings are saved on our secure cloud server for a period of 30 days after which the recordings are automatically deleted. Within this period, the recordings can be downloaded and accessed at all times.

Since each meeting has a unique access link, the meeting is not accessible by the public. In addition, the moderator (host) will need to confirm the invitation of the attendees to join the session without which, even with an access link, attendees cannot join.

For Speakers / Participants / Interpreters: A device (laptop or desktop) with either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox latest version enabled is required. TransLinguist Interactive is compliant with both Windows and MacOS. In addition, a professional headset with a built in microphone and a camera (either in-built or external) will be required.
For Viewers: A device (laptop or desktop) with either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox latest version enabled isrequired. TransLinguist Interactive is compliant with both Windows and MacOS. No additional equipment is required and connectivity with either Ethernet or a strong Wi-Fi should suffice.
We strongly recommend ethernet connectivity however, if you are using Wi-Fi, ensure close proximity to the router. While utilising TransLinguist Interactive through Wi-Fi, ensure that the network is not being used for heavy downloading or gaming purposes.

The process of booking an interpreter is an automated process which involves broadcasting the job request to the marketplace, ensuring a streamlined workflow in alignment to the requirements.
Our interpretations are fully human based. However, we offer Artificial Intelligence powered subtitles and closed captioning to further assist the interpretation process and enhance the user experience.
We highly recommend you to book us at least 2 hours prior to your event’s scheduled time. If you reach out to us any later, we will try our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee the availability.
For booking an event on TransLinguist Interactive, simply click on the Calendar tab and select “Create New”. Complete the Schedule Calls Form as per your requirements and then click “Confirm”. The system will automatically connect you to interpreters matching your requirements through our extensive marketplace.
